🕛 OUR WORKING DAYS/ TIMES availability
We are work Monday- Friday usually 9am- 8pm and Saturdays 10am-6pm. Sundays are closed. That day we are out of phone, Facebook ect. So for any massages we will get in touch in respond Monday morning. We are not available for work before/ after mention time and days
📩 BOOKING APPOITMENTS
For any questions, bookings please contact us via FB page, phone number or WhatsApp.
Because we are really busy and we do not always able to pick up the phone. We willbe much appreciate for leaving text. Because we are respecting our clients while our working time we are never answer the phone, but definitely we will do it after/before my work or any gaps between clients.
About booking – please always write us what do you exactly would like to book. Because timing of all treatment are totally different and I wants to know what space should we looking for you.
📍 New clients are required to pay NON-REFUNDABLE booking fee( PayPal or transfer).
A booking fee will be taken at booking to secure the appoitment slot and that will be deducted off your treatment price.
📍 Cancellation/ no shows/ Late arrivals –
We kindly ask for at least 24 hour notice if you need to cancel or change your appoitment. In that situation we can offer a appointment to someone who really need treatment as soon due to their days or reasons.
If someone do not turn up for booked appointment 2 times that person won’t be booked anymore so please respect that not to let this happen.
💆 ABOUT TREATMENTS
⭐ For all my treatments we giving warranty for 4 days after visit. If any doubts comes do not afraid to ask us! While this times if anything happen any correction are free of charges.
⭐ For eyelashes extension appointments please come WITHOUT eye make-up. Time spent cleaning lashes will reduce the amount of time applying lashes.
⭐ We are required to perform patch test at least 24 hour before visit. Without it we can’t book your lashes extension appointment.
⭐ Infills goes up to 3 weeks for eyelashes and 4 weeks time for nails. After this time we treat application as a new set. We never do infills after other lash stylist.
