🕛 WORKING DAYS AND TIMING AVAILIBILITY
I am available for you:
Monday to Friday 10am- 8pm
Saturday 9am-3 pm
Sunday – Closed
On Sundays and during the week after 8 pm I am out of phone and Social Media. For any enquiries I will get in touch with you by first working morning.
📩 BOOKING AN APPOITMENTS
For any enquiries and bookings please contact me via messenger and WhatsApp( preferable) or phone number. I will be much appreciate for leaving text instead of calling. While service in progress I never answer the phone, but I promise I will get back to you as soon is possible.
About bookings – if is possible, please write me for what exactly would you wish to be book in. The more details you can provide me , within shorter time I can accommodate your space quicker.
📍 New clients are required to pay deposit to secure their an appointment slot ( PayPal or Bank transfer).
Amount will be deduct from your final treatment price.
📍 Cancellation/ No shows/ Late arrivals –
I kindly request for at least prior 24 hour notice if you can’t attend your an appointment. On that way I can reschedule your an appointment and extra space could be beneficial for somebody who needs their booking to be in.
After 1st no shows client is obligated to pay 100% amount , for future booking to secure space. After two no shows client can’t make bookings anymore. Please arrived for an appointment on the time. Your delay time will be deduct from treatment time.
ABOUT TREATMENTS
⭐ For all my services I give a warranty for 5 days after visit. If any doubts comes please do not hesitate contact me ! While this times if anything happen any correction is free of charges.
⭐ If is possible for eyelashes extension appointments please come without eye make-up.
⭐ For eyelash extension, lash lifting and brow lamination patch test is required at least 48 hour before visit.
⭐ I am not taking foreign lash infills.
